Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders value over £45 delivered within the United Kingdom.

Worldwide Shipping: Orders over £200 GBP qualify for free international shipping.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase.
- We will deliver your order to the specified address within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe is specified, as soon as possible—always within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If we are unable to deliver your order—for example, due to an item being out of stock or unforeseen delays—you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if:
- The item is unavailable, and we are unable to fulfill your order.
- On-time delivery was essential, either based on the circumstances or because you informed us before purchase.
- After a delay, you gave us a reasonable extension, and we still failed to deliver.
If you choose to cancel or request a refund, please contact us at info@awacoffee.co.uk, and we will process your request promptly. If your order has already been delivered, you must return the items at your own expense.
International Shipping & Duties
We primarily ship within England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. If we accept an international order, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not covered by us.
Partial Shipments
If an item is out of stock or there is another valid reason, we may ship your order in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
Failed Delivery & Responsibility
- If you or your nominee fail to accept delivery for reasons beyond our control, you may be responsible for additional redelivery fees.
- Once the order has been delivered or collected, it becomes your responsibility. Please inspect your items upon arrival whenever possible.
